Since boating the first Mahi a few months ago I really wanted to get my girlfriend out there to catch one on topwater.
The first trip the weather blew up and despite landing a few fish conditions were atrocious and no pictures were taken.
The second trip (this trip) was the best weather I’ve ever seen off Perth, swell buoy showed 0.23m and it was glass most of the way out.
Fish were on and double hookups were the norm, pretty damn cool with all fish caught on stickbaits.
The perfect day to break out the camera and drone and all in all the perfect day fishing, especially at home.

Editing learnings/notes: Played around with compound clips, J-cut audio, jump cuts. .
