Oleksandr Usyk, the new undisputed heavyweight champion of the world, broke down in tears after defeating Tyson Fury in a riveting battle in Riyadh.

He paid tribute to his father after the win, and listed all the family events he had missed while training for the fight.
Tyson Fury said he thought he did enough to win the fight after suffering the first defeat of his career by split decision. ‘It was a close fight … I believed I did enough but I’m not a judge, I can’t judge a fight while I’m boxing it’. he said. ‘I tried my best, I was having fun … it was what it was’.
