How to Find The Flamethrower TM in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet (TM125)

TM 125, Flamethrower, can be found just east of Medali in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, behind a boulder on a cliff above Dalizapa Passage.
TM 125, Flamethrower, in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, lets a large number of Pokémon gain the ability to shoot jets of burning fire. A powerful Fire-Type move, Flamethrower is a Power 90, Accuracy 100 special attack with a 10% to inflict burn, making it a valuable move to have. In addition, the Flamethrower TM lets Pokémon learn the move early or teaches it to a Pokémon that would otherwise never learn it. This is quite beneficial as it gives players more flexibility when building their teams.
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet changes how TMs work compared to previous Pokémon titles. Unlike in previous games, TMs the player receives, like Flamethrower or Pokémon Scarlet and Violet’s Fly, are recipes that can be crafted repeatedly so long as the player has the suitable materials. But, of course, the player still needs to get the recipes first. According to Game8, the Flamethrower recipe is in West Province (Area Three), east of Medali.
How To Find And Craft TM 125 In Pokémon Scarlet And Violet
After leaving through Medali’s east exit, the player should follow the path and then peel off for the elevated slope just to their north. Follow that slope as it curves around the south and goes over the Dalizapa Passage, and there should be a trainer and a boulder in clear view. Like other items, such as the Water Stone in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, the Flamethrower TM should be in the shape of a Poké Ball on the ground, behind the boulder.
Once the player has TM 125 recipe, they will need to work on crafting it. This requires 1000 League Points, 5 Litleo Tufts, 3 Houndour Fangs, and 3 Numel Lava. The Tufts, Fangs, and Lava can be easily farmed by battling wild members of their titular evolutionary lines. League Points, or LP, are naturally earned throughout the game, but if the player is short some, selling any extra materials they have but don’t need will quickly top off their LP supply. After the materials are acquired, the player needs to craft a single-use item with the TM Machine at any Pokémon Center.
Several powerful Fire-types introduced in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are great candidates for learning Flamethrower thanks to the Same Type Attack Bonus mechanic and their high Special Attack stats. So the player can go wild on teaching them this move.
