England have 'no excuses' for performance, says Gareth Southgate, after draw with Denmark



England manager Gareth Southgate said the team had ‘no excuses’ and take full responsibility after a listless performance that resulted in a draw with Denmark in Frankfurt.

Southgate said: ‘We didn’t press the ball with enough intensity and we kept conceding possession too cheaply, and when you do those two things its hard to have control in the game.’ England still lead Group C going into the final game against Slovenia on 25 June
