Job description: The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for handling PC’s, laptops, printers, and software, as well as supporting users in 3 offices.
- Supporting end users at the firm.
- Working alongside the network team on any issues that arise.
- Creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintaining all IT equipment.
- Handling any ad hoc projects as requested.

- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- 3+ years of IT support experience.
- Law firm experience is a plus!
- Experience with AV systems, remote access systems, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel to other office locations as needed.
